GOOD PEOPLE. EXCEPTIONAL WORK.
Careers at Michigan Pete
Bring your skills. Take pride in your work. Build a life in Northern Michigan.
MORE THAN A JOB
Build something you're proud of.
A well-built landscape doesn't happen by accident. It takes people who care about their craft, respect their teammates, and bring their best to the job every day.
At Michigan Pete Landscaping, we bring outdoor spaces to life with our own crews and equipment. We're looking to connect with skilled, dependable people who want to do exceptional work — and keep getting better at it.
MORE THAN A JOB
Good work starts with good people.
Our culture is built around a simple idea: take care of the work, take care of each other, and create something that lasts.
Pride in craftsmanship
The fit of a stone. The finish of a walkway. The details matter here, because great work is something you can stand behind.
Professional equipment
Thoughtful work starts with the right tools. Our own crews and equipment bring skill and care to every stage of a project.
A team that pulls together
Share what you know, learn from the people beside you, and look out for each other. Exceptional landscapes are a team effort.
Quality over quantity
We care about doing the job well, not just moving on to the next one. Careful preparation and a strong finish set the standard.
A long-term mindset
We're interested in people who want to build a future in the trade, deepen their skills, and take lasting pride in their work.
Room for life outside work
A good day's work should be part of a good life. We value a healthy balance and the lakes, trails, and communities that make Northern Michigan home.
OUT IN THE FIELD
From groundwork to the final detail.
Natural stone, thoughtful planting, and outdoor spaces made to last. This is the kind of work you'll help bring to life.

A GOOD PLACE TO PUT DOWN ROOTS
Work here.
Live up north.
Fresh air. Time on the water. Trails close to home. Northern Michigan offers more than a beautiful place to work — it's a place to build a life. We value people who care about both.
